We use a Bourbon base for this whiskey, then add a touch of Montmorency tart cherry concentrate from the Leelanau Peninsula for the cherry flavoring. This creates a subtle natural hint of cherry on the back of the palate, making it great to either drink on the rocks or mix into cocktails like an Old Fashioned, Whiskey Sour, or with your choice of soda.

This Bottled in Bond Straight Bourbon has a mash bill of 60% corn, 30% rye, and 10% malted barley. It's aged for 4 years in new American White Oak barrels. There are primary notes of oak and caramel, but also a touch of spice and black pepper from the high rye grain mash bill.

This is pure, unadulterated Bottled in Bond Straight Rye Whiskey with a 95% rye and 5% malted rye mashbill. It's an earthy, hearty rye that is clean and crisp with a balance of pepper notes. This is bold and flavorful, holding its beautiful flavor profile when served neat, on the rocks, or in classic cocktails like a Manhattan.

Our signature 100% Straight Rye Whiskey is aged an additional 18 months in a French oak barrel, bringing aromatic notes of smoke and caramel to the already-matured Ole George Whiskey. If you like the Ole George and strong, oaky flavors, this is the whiskey for you!

This bourbon is aged for 2+ years, and is a wheated Bourbon with the mash bill including corn, wheat, and malted barley. The sweet notes from the corn and wheat shine through with a soft finish, making this a great everyday Bourbon!

Aged for 4 years in an American white oak barrel, then transferred to a French Oak barrel with previously barrel-aged red wine for an additional 5 years. Notes of oak, vanilla, and spice with subtle sweet hints of plum and cherry from the residual wine.

The Bramble Bourbon starts as our Bottled in Bond Bourbon, which is aged for 4 years in a new American white oak barrel, then transferred to a barrel from Torch Lake Cellars that previously aged blackberry wine. The fruity blackberry notes linger with a natural sweetness on the finish, while allowing the caramelization of the Bourbon to shine through on the forefront.

Locally grown rye and peated malted barley from Scotland join forces to merge American rye spice with the richness of traditional peated single-malt whiskey. The palate on this is earthy from the rye grains and a touch smokey from the peated malted barley.

Each tasting room has chosen its own Single Barrel Whiskey to sell exclusively in that tasting room, and a portion of the proceeds will go to a local non-profit group. These single barrels are either bourbon or rye whiskeys, so make sure to check with the staff in the tasting room on which Single Barrel spirit they have available, and any details about the whiskey itself. *Select tasting rooms with limited availability at this time*

In celebration of the 250th anniversary of the founding of the United States of America, and our 21st year in business, we have created a bourbon using a red, white, and blue corn mashbill. This bourbon is aged for 4 years, and the diverse heritage corn creates flavor profiles of rich toffee, smooth vanilla, and an earthy floral finish. This bottle will only be available in our tasting rooms through 2026.

Our Ole George Rye Whiskey is aged in American White Oak for 4 years, then moved to our cascading Solera system. This consists of pulling part of the barrel and moving it to our high vanillin French Oak barrel for 1 year, then pulling part of that barrel and moving it to our Cognac barrel. This system of fractional barrel aging and blending exposes the whiskey to a mix of different oaks and imparts a constantly evolving harmony and sophistication of flavors on the palate.

This Single Pot American Whisky is 50% malted barley, 50% barley and is aged for 4+ years. This sweet malt, light honey, and mild heat flavor finishes soft with a lingering sweetness from the malt.

This is our Rye Whiskey pulled from a single barrel right at cask strength after being aged for four to five years. The high proof brings out the sweeter toasted oak notes balanced with the earthy flavor from the Rye, along with a punch on the back of the palate from the cask strength. *This product is highly variable based on the barrel pick and changes based on availability. This is our high-rye Bourbon mash bill pulled straight from the barrel at cask strength after being aged for four to five years. The high proof brings out the sweeter notes from the oak barrel and corn.
