Our Wine Cask Bourbon begins its journey aging for four years in new American white oak barrels, then spends an additional five years in French oak barrels that previously held red wine. The result is a beautifully balanced bourbon—sweet and smooth, with subtle notes of plum and cherry on the finish. The red wine influence enhances rather than overpowers the bourbon, staying true to our tradition of crafting secondary barrel-finished whiskeys that are approachable and enjoyable for everyone.

We’ve officially closed our Leland location for the season, and our Suttons Bay tasting room is projected to open by spring. In the meantime, you can visit any of the tasting rooms listed below to find our new bourbon—available for both tasting and bottle purchase.
